"Nice place and helpful employees"

Really helpful and kind hearted employees, they helped me to communicate with local travel office when I felt anxious and finally resolved the problems for me. The place is not bad for the low price, but you cannot expect too much, most people get up early for hiking. Really beautiful yard with flowers. Unsatisfying aspect is that the breakfast is from 6, but I took a 5:50 train, most hotels in Cuzco will provide breakfast from 5 even 4:30.

Gorgeous hotel and the most welcoming staff. Off from the main square a bit you have to ring the doorbell to enter the property so the staff know everyone on site which makes you feel very safe. The grounds were gorgeous with flowers and benches and hammocks for the guest to relax.

We loved this peaceful sanctuary in Ollantaytambo. It was clean and comfortable on beautiful grounds. The staff was always kind and helpful. Do yourself a favor and relax and enjoy this wonderful hotel!

Property is beautiful and people that run it are welcoming and friendly. Just need heaters in rooms. The little fire pits don’t give off enough warmth.

"Great Hotel "

Hotel Samanapaq is a great location for a wonderful holiday in Ollantaytambo, Peru. Rooms were very clean, Location was excellent and breakfast was great. Staff could not be more helpful especially arranging drivers to take us to different towns near Ollantayfambo. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends
