Hotel Samanapaq

We enjoyed our stay at Samanapaq. The property is kept up nicely and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the town square and about a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. It's a good value hotel and we would stay there again.

We loved the little garden area in this hotel. It is more like a motel with rooms opening to the outside. The staff are lovely. The breakfast was not large but it had the basics that we needed.

Great people. Very helpful. They even keep my luggage for a day after I checked out while I went to Machu Picchu. The hotel is nice and clean. Only five minutes walk to the main square.

Very nice and charming hotel with a view to beautiful mountains. Their garden is also beautiful for a relaxing walk. The rooms are clean and nice but there is no heater. However, the wool blankets are very warm. Breakfast was good also. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Internet service a little slow but that goes for the whole area.

Lovely garden and surprisingly quiet as on main street

Wasn't sure when I booked the room and to my surprise it was a lovely place. I would certainly stay here again. The food was simply and good.

Stayed here two nights when visiting Machu pichu. Hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly. We arrived to the hotel early and were able to check in right away. The room was spacious and we had a wonderful view of the gardens . The pillows could be better, but other than that I loved the hotel and would definaltely stay there again .

This hotel has everything we wanted. Quiet, charming, clean.

Hotel is a block or 2 from the town square and its private location with spacious gardens and layout is a nice retreat. Check in was very accommodating allowing us time to see the ruins before closing. The staff is very attentive. The rooms are modern and clean relative to this area. Highly recommended.
