Enjoyable stay. Friendly staff and good food.

Very good dining service evening and breakfast, with quality, reasonably priced food.

The room was very dated, large number of marks on the wallpaper potentially damp marks. Multiple items were broken in the room, including the door handle to the bathroom, toilet paper holder was snapped off the wall and also the hook on the back of the door was also broken off. The shower curtain with yellow on the bottom and the room smelt damp. The double glazing had also blown in the window and the window was locked closed with a piece of wood. Not great at all!! Thankfully it was only a quick visit and purely a bed to sleep in!

Hotel side was OK. Restaurant was terrible. Dirty. Dirty glasses and greasy table. Told no space, then second one said tons of space. Bartender could not be bothered. Waitress was in a trance, did not offer drinks or condiments. Napkin stuck to table. Waitress gave up trying to remove it. No water. Glasses had milk rings. Food cold dried up and uneatable. No one to complain to. Waitress and deskstaff had disappeared. When we stood up to leave we had to go to bar to pay. Sorry I disturbed the bartender.

We didn't stay, but ate in the restaurant in the evening. The quality, quantity & presentation of the food was faultless, but the truly heartwarming element of our visit was the service: Jamie was friendly and attentive throughout. Furthermore, Anthony was extremely charming, helpful and admirably highly efficient, which made our evening highly pleasurable. Keep up the good work!

Room was shabby. Broken door to bathroom and furnishings well past their sell by date.

Great meal and very helpful staff. We meet friends there every 6 weeks for lunch. The staff are always attentive and very helpful. Cheery staff and nothing is too much trouble. Food is lovely and tasty. Presented well. Very relaxing lunch and a couple of ours of enjoyment with friends

My colleague and I checked in for a 3 night work trip. We checked out after 1 night and went to the premier inn. Dated rooms varnish flaked off the tables and hostel style bathrooms - with suspicious looking hairs in the shower. It's a shame, as I'm sure 100 years ago the building, and indeed Yeovil would have been flourishing. It's a victim of the uks economy sadly. Also, Wetherspoons was closed, so reassuringly, their clientele had migrated to the manor.

Myself and family had a lovely time yesterday. Mothers Day at the Manor Hotel. Excellent food served to us by efficient and friendly waiters/waitresses. After our meal we sat out in the garden where there is ample seating. Thank you for making it an enjoyable day.

I joined my elderly parents for Sunday Lunch at The Manor Hotel in Yeovil. They go every week and are always extremely well looked after. The roasts came quickly (with bespoke tweaks for them) and were really good quality, with lots of fresh vegetables. All staff were helpful and friendly but Carolyne who hosted us today was especially attentive.
