The Manor Hotel by Greene King Inns

Wonderful service in bar, booking and restaurant. Attention to detail lovely because JESS remembered my full name from my booking from 3 days ago! Personal service, fabulous roast, will totally recommend staff, service and delicious menu.

Has always my stay was amazing at the Manor Hotel staff were megga cant do enough for you the food was amazing and the room was very good.I am back there again next month cant wait see you all soon 110% x

Restaurant and Bar all ok but room was beyond awful. £137 for a tiny single bed in a room that would be outdated last century. Filthy windows, frames, carpets . Felt dirtier after staying here , than when I started. Please avoid at all costs. Greene King and Hotels.com have reached a new low. Time to find a new provider.

We stayed here for two nights and upgraded to one of their rooms with a four poster. Room was eight at the front of the main building above the bar. Despite this there was no noise from the bar or the road. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We ate in the restaurant for Sunday lunch and the Roast dinner was well prepared and tasty. The only negative was that we ordered a bottle of Chablis, which is very reasonably priced and it was brought over to the table opened, this is a no no, should always be opened in front of the customer. The breakfast was good with excellent sausages and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall would stay again, however wasn’t that impressed with the town of Yeovil.

We had a superior room, it had 3 cracked window pains, was very hot, we could open 1 window very slightly as we had to jam something in it to keep it open, the general conduit of the room was bated and shabby, bed very uncomfortable. In check out was wasn’t asked about our stay or we would have spoken to someone. Not worth £155 per night

Very friendly welcoming staff. I was upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Vegan options for breakfast and non dairy milk available. The hotel was cosy and had a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

Good welcome, everything ready. Room was a little rundown with paint pealing off the window and radiator, but it wasnt dirty. Great service though and the cost was appropiate for the room. Nice pub too and convenient location to Yeovil

We like staying at the Manor as it's convenient for visiting family and going into town, easy parking and lovely menu.

Lovely warm welcome my room was clean and tidy my Sunday lunch was superb and enjoyable in the conservatory diner, a good selection at breakfast too, lovely atmosphere and the staff were professional and friendly overall I thoughley enjoyed my couple of days with yourselves and would definitely recommend to friends and family
