Sheene Mill

I had lunch at the Sheen Mill on Sunday 14th December 25 which was excellent. The best Sunday lunch I've had in a long time. I had the beef and it was the best I'd tasted in a long time. The service was perfect and venue lovely. I will be back. It is excellent value for money and such good food and service.

Room was very spacious with a lovely view over the river and gardens. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom adequate with a good shower and hot water. Breakfast fantastic.

I asked them to give me a receipt, the said they are going to email me, however still haven’t received anything. Also,, I booked hotel with breakfast but in the morning there was no one in the lobby. restaurant was closed

The Location was great for what I needed

The sound of the loud creaking from movement by the people in the room above. With breakfast, I prefer a larger option. I wasn't offered cereal I had to ask and when the sell by date was for June 25 (I was there in Dec) I wasn't surprised. It tasted completely fine so it wasn't an issue at all. I like a Danish for breakfast too. But it's all personal preference.

Such a beautiful and ambient place to stay, perfect place and I really like the water pond, specifically at night when beautiful lights are turned on.

If anyone look around for a perfect dining experience around Royston, Meldreth or a nearby location, this is the place to explore. 5-star hospitality, ambience and a well-maintained property. This place is a perfect blend of UK & Indian cuisine. Really surprised to see a 400-year-old property maintained with elegance and a touch of perfectness.
