First thing said by reception, 'that's £140' WiFi to TV didn't work Some lights didn't work, extractor fan didn't work Plug blocked, PAT out of date Breakfast didn't come with black pudding as advertised, had to ask for toast Very overpriced

Staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. I needed to leave very early on the last day and they offered to make me some sandwiches for the journey as I would miss breakfast. Bed incredibly comfortable, room overlooked the lake. Food delicious

It would have helped if there were instructions on how to access the Guest Wi Fi in the room as I could not log on

We have been to the SHEENE Mill previously and it has not really changed, the rooms and facilities need updating slightly, it’s the little things that make the difference. The one member of staff we had dealings with, Kalendra was exceptional in his manner and his helpfulness. The venue is without doubt in a fabulous setting. The cost for one night was also good and one of the main reasons we stayed there including breakfast. Which can be faulted We would definitely return.

Food was delicious, view into the garden is gorgeous. The hotel was warm & cozy with staff extremely friendly & helpful.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and even helped with charging my phone when I forgot the charger
