It’s central location was handy, part of the reason we booked staff in for a local conference

The room was insecure and right next door to a function room which had a wedding until well past 11.00 pm. It’s totally impractical to put guests into rooms which are adversely impacted by noisy events. Further the doors had their deadbolts removed so female a guest was left in a room with people trying her door and rowdy wedding guests smoking and shouting right outside the door. There is a major safeguarding issue here and I want it dealt with immediately with someone from the hotel and Booking.com contacting me to explain why they believe this is acceptable.

We found our twin room a bit dated but comfortable. The beds were very comfy. The staff made an effort and all were welcoming and helpful. We were pleased with the option of continental breakfast at a reasonable price and the options were all tasty. Good value room for a Sunday night. Parking available too.

The shower cubicle was too small for my husband and the water wasn't hot enough. A window in the bathroom wouldn't close properly and so let in a draught.

All went well, friendly staff, easy check in, comfortable clean rooms

The staff where excellent the food was 10 out if 10

It was all good there's nothing I can not of what I didnt like.
