Dartbridge Inn by Greene King Inns

staff were very good - in particular one of the Duty Managers (young male from Plymouth) always friendly cheerful and helpful exit to the car park was good as was on the flat, so no need to carry cases up the stairs

only 1 hand towel, broken bedside lamp, the heated towel rail was left on (in heatwave), room was hotter than the surface of the sun, very noisy due to traffic on main road (as for change of room, but told hotel was full). no tomato juice so no Bloody Mary cocktail, when the till and app went down a few minutes after England kicked off, couldn't get a drink as cash only. Asked for a tab to the room and was told no. had no cash so had to have a soda water and go to bed. asked for well done poached eggs at breakfast but didn't get them. the breakfast pastries were dreadful. no cornflakes available and the bowl of "berrie compote" looked like it had been there all week with just a few cherries in it. IPA on draught (and other lager) was not cold enough

Clean/comfy beds/good shower

Unbearably hot. Small windows that only open maybe 2 inches. 1 fan (asked for a 2nd but think man forgot) NEEDS aircon installed badly in ALL areas!!! Highly recommend.

Room was lovely, food was great, lovely breakfast and Sunday roasts. Traffic noise Was bit much, a back room might have been better

Traffic noise suggesting a speed reduction would be worth while

Small room with sloping ceiling. Facing son, uncomfortably hot. Next to busy noisy road made worse with window open to let air in. Not recommended

No option available for alternative room when complained to the staff.

Location close to pickup main roads and Dartmoor Comfortable rooms for overnight. Staff very freindly and helpful

The team were all lovely and very helpful. The room was clean, well decorated, roomy and a nice place to stay

Nothing I'm afraid.

The rooms were noisy shabby and dated. What we could have had for 3/4 the price was available anywhere. There was rubbish in the grounds and an old fridge. Dirty laundry trolleys next to the rear exit. £For 132 j would say jn current market is worth a refund. Service at breakfast (empty) wS appalling. We were ask to move to another table that was st, ' over there' but we moved and none were set. The waiter wS resentful and had to teturn 4 times with what a trained person would have laid. I'm sadly surprised as I have always acted Greene king, having stayed at many of your places (ncl Southwold) over 30 years and am appalled and requsst a part refund. I took a picture of the fridge near the car park for guests should you want it

The staff at the property were lovely and very helpful they made us feel very welcome, we did have an issue when we arrived but it was quickly addressed without any fuss, it had a lovely relaxing atmosphere, our waitress in the morning Nicola was lovely like we had known her for years, the staff were lovely in the evening Reece was great he was new but had such a great personality and we enjoyed our conversations with him everything was lovely a really enjoyable stay so much so we stayed another night thank you to all the staff.
