enjoyed it very much. Staff were helpful and could speak good English which is essential in this location where it was necessary to book taxis for every trip out

As a female alone with her 14 year old son, I felt uncomfortable walking the streets at night. The area was desolate and quite frightening. We had to walk far to get to a restaurant and metro. There wasn't much to do around the hotel. The breakfast was quite good and the coffee there was delicious. The staff on the most part were helpful but not overly warm or fuzzy. I don't think I would stay at that hotel again. I prefer to be in the center of town with more things to do.

I was very satisfied with the hotel and staff. The small restaurant served a free breakfast that has to be the finest I have ever had. The lunch and dinner was also very good.

The hotel, the staff and all services were exemplary. I was not too happy with the location; surrounding streets were dirty, construction site across the street, beyond that the hotel made a very nice impression.

Our stay at City Park Hotel was very good. The staff was really service minded and spoke english very well. The room was clean and the whole hotel looked well cleaned. The breakfast was good and there was quite a lot to choose from. The surroundings was not so nice, but it was very quiet at night and it was walking distance to a lot of interesting sights..

Kiev is way overpriced for hotels. This one is not especially cheap either but is a good option, in a quiet but very central location and with helpful staff. i would certainly use it again.

Good hotel with some improvement areas expecially in terms of service and facilities.Position is good but not very central and surrounding area in the evening is not great.

Nice property in the central part of Kiev. Looks like really fresh renovated. Room was clean. Very small in size but ok for short stay. Bathroom is nice and have all necessary things. Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and has variety of choices. Wi-Fi internet in the room working fine.
