My stay was great. The service was amazing, the rooms are clean. I Great hotel and great stay. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful view from the river view rooms. The staff is polite and helpful and the food is very nice. Will come back in the future.

This is an old river cruise ship that was rebuilt into a hotel. That means there are several compromises guests will have to live with... Most importantly it's paper-thin walls so you can hear your neighbors, and tiny bathroom area. Otherwise it's a nice hotel with the typical flaws of the service in the Eastern Europe, but still one of the better hotels in Kiev.

This is an awesome hotel to stay in. I have stayed here twice now and found a nice clean room with a comfortable bed and a great river view. The front desk staff all spoke English well and treated me kindly. The buffet breakfast was also very good with a decent variety of foods and juices to choose from.

Close to Beaches, and restaurants, very Close to the transit system.

The hotel and its surroundings were perfect and the male staff were much more helpful and outgoing. Some of the female staff were okay, but most of them had long faces and thought we were either going to eat and run away without paying, and were not really interested, even after we had told them, that our nephew was marrying a girl from Ukraine. Trying to serve 15 people was too much bother.

We only stayed one night in Kiev due to a long layover but were extremely pleased with the hotel. We got to our room with ease and we're blown away by the view.
