Close to event location

The hidden fees and the parking. I was told that I could have checked in at 12 noon, but when I got there not only did I have to wait, but there was an extra charge that was not told to me. Also there is only valet parking which was not advised in advanced and another charge per day. They held $50 on your card when you checked in. The room has built up dust everywhere. So much that when we moved the remote from the counter, you saw the imprint of it. The shower leaked as well. Front desk is not the friendliest, as it comes across as if you are bothering them.

The location of the event we attended was within walking distance. I did like that we had to use our key cards to get access to elevators.

We had no small towels for showers and could not get tissue when needed for bathroom. No complimentary breakfast and no free parking. It was obvious people were smoking in the hotel.

"The air wasn’t working in the building"

The fact that the air wasn’t working in the building. I had to wait 2 extra hours for a transfer . I didn’t get the transfer so I had to wait another 2 hours for a refund . By that time it was midnight and my girlfriend and I wasn’t able to enjoy our stay there in Jackson

"Never booked again"

The air was barely working. The staff didn't come around to clean up my room and give more towels or face rags. The ice machine wasn't working on my floor. The water had a discoloration to it.
