Hilton Garden Inn Jackson Downtown

The guy at the front desk was helpful on Friday night, but the woman at the front desk on Saturday morning had an attitude. The bed was very comfortable.

We had to fix the toilet twice during the night because it wouldn't flush and kept running. There was no tissue in the tissue box other than one tissue sticking up to make it look like there was a tissue box and there wasn't. There was dog poop on the floor in the room, and we did not bring a dog with us. The hotel is dog friendly and I appreciate that because I have a dog. However, it was obvious that the room was not cleaned. The hotel has lost its liquor license, so the bar is only serving beer and wine. We tried to go down to the pool and we could not. I'm from Jackson and wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time and finally decided to do so when we came back to town to visit.

You felt secured. I like that you need a key card to use the elevator.

For it to be downtown with all the life. It looked old. It was very dusty. They could’ve done better to brighten up the place. They would update something’s like WiFi or smart TVs.

Location was helpful as I was coming from a long road trip. Atmosphere was “Hilton”. I have come to expect that atmosphere and it was welcoming.

I didn’t realise how close it is to the Greyhound bus station. I should have walked. Instead, I paid about $10 to Uber. Any help from facility to guests from outside town?

The room was alright but it took me forever to get it warm.

The cover on the bed was not enough. The bathroom had no soap and there were hairs on the toilet.
