Friendly staff. 24 Hour Food and 24 hour access to Kitchen area.

Fair. Self-Service arrangements. Had a hard time figuring how to use the cooker to make my own brakefast and no staff around to ask.

No staff at arrival, though reservation literature proclaimed reception would be open till 10 PM. Room smell - disinfectant to the point of being obnoxious, had to debate between small or being cold with window open.

The property was great and only a 3-4minute train ride to Gatwick Airport. Lots of free food but people always seem to be messier people when stuff is free. If you are going to be a guest here don’t be a dick and clean up after yourself. Respect the awesome gesture of free food / laundry and if you are going to do laundry do 1 or 2 loads not 8 again don’t be a dick. The couple that are working the place are great and seem to always be busy working on something.

The property’s location is perfect. The units are good, though I didn’t like having to use the loo out in the hallway. The rooms could use some paint & decorating TLC but are comfortable. I do recommend the batteries in the remotes get checked.

Room is clean and comfortable bed but a self service breakfast which is sufficient.

When we arrived we were greeted by Katie. She was very friendly and upbeat. She was very pleasant. Katie informed us that our room was not quite ready. We asked her what room we were in. She told us one on the 2nd floor. We asked if it would be possible to get one on the ground floor. She told us not a problem. When we came back from breakfast, our room was ready. I found that all the staff were very friendly. The room was small but when all do is sleep in it that was okay. Breakfast was a cook for yourself kind but it was very tasty. I would highly recommend the Flexistay Ambers Gatwick Aparthotel.

Convenient place close to Gatwick Airport. Clean rooms, kitchen has breakfast available all day.

Group of 4 staying before flight to the USA, lovely spacious room, for an affordable price. great stay!
