No problems

Katie was great n it was what we looking for quiet n relaxing for the nights before a long haul on flight.

The room did not feel or smell clean. Could do with some decorating as paper is falling off the walls. I think someone from head office could visit these property and think about spending some money on the place.

Squeaky single divan bed on ground floor Very hollow so you can hear the smallest of noises. However very clean and the Make your own breakfast facilities excellent, would I stay here again , Yes but would get a bigger room instead of a single.

We booked this hotel as we had an early flight from Gatwick. It did the job ok, just 5 minutes from terminal. The check in was odd as there was no one on site but when we rang bell someone local came to let us in and show us around. Bedroom and bathroom were small and could have been cleaned better. I was not aware that this was a "cook your own breakfast and do your own washing up", we didn't bother. this should be made much clearer. We have always used travelodge/premier inn in the past and i have to say we will use them again in the future. Wont be going back to Flexistay Ambers.

We liked the easy access and set up. Was surprised the room key had the security code on the reverse on the key for!? Not secure. The room was fine, but no bulb in the bedside light 2 ceiling lights were out and the shower tiles need a good bleaching. The day I reported the missing light bulbs the rooms we’re not serviced. I think communication with staff could be much improved. However we would stay again as it suited our requirements. Parking for hire car was a benefit. We were attending a family funeral in the area. So not an holday

Very easy to check in even tho reception was closed, great to be able to use kitchen facilities on arrival and make breakfast when we wanted it in the morning before leaving for airport. Great stay and very convenient.

The room was dirty, no staff EVER. Had to ask for clean towels. Garbage not removed etc. Very inexpensive but a hostel would probably been cleaner

Priced right, good location for airport . In need of some tlc . Would stay again .
