The location is great. walkable to everything you need in Horley. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped and is a real bonus to have including a washer/dryer. The beds themselves were clean and comfortable, but the overall condition of the property is poor. Peeling paint, water staining on the walls, dirty carpets, windows and doors that don't function properly, weatherstripping peeling off, mold in the showers, debris and garbage littering the parking area. If some money was invested in repairing/cleaning/maintaining this place, it could be a real gem.

It was a quaint little room close to the airport. Decent sized with a single bed. A bit run down in the bathroom, quite old and needed a bit of a clean, there was rust in quite a few areas. As well the toilet was quite loud after flushing but otherwise was all good.

We had a very nice stay. This is a very basic stay. The breakfast is simple. We were able to do an automated check in which was helpful. It was a very noisy. The walls are very thin, so you hear everything from your neighbors. I am a light sleeper, so it wasn’t the best for me. The price is right though! Super close to the airport.

First impression was was very poor. There was no parking space, it was very small and dirty. We turned around and left.

We wasn't expecting anything grand as the price we paid was cheap. Our room backed onto the bins where the laundry was but it wasn't a problem. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan as it was very hot and the small fan wasn't cool enough, again as we don't have great weather often enough here it wasn't a major problem we had no soap in the shower, minor problem, the mats do need replacing as they were turned over at corners so dangerous, the fridge was well stocked with breakfast items but we only had juice and cereal as we didn't want to cook. Our son & his wife had a wardrobe they were scared to touch as it was very rickety, they didn't have a kettle in the room either. We didn't see anyone other than guests, the intercom check in was fine but needed to be louder, overall this for us was perfectly fine and we will book again when we are in the area. BTW the toilets are Saniflow but they had a decent flush.

This was fine as a night before our flight, but wasn't as clean as one would hope (a lot of hair in shower for instance).

No refund, just said take it up with Expedia. Passing the buck to get out of paying back my money for a room I never booked

This place is a total dump. Worse than a budget hostel. Terrible rooms - carpet in the room was not even a carpet - completely worn out, torn in places and absolutely filthy. Was afraid to walk bare footed! The bathroom had broken tiles in several spots, completely empty containers for hand soap and shower gel - not even a drop! We arrived late so we had to do a self checkin, which went smoothly but we could not speak to anyone as we left early to go to airport. The communal kitchen and the “cook your own breakfast” was the only decent part of our stay. I am so glad we were there for only a total of 8 hours!
