The place is conveniently located close to Gatwick airport in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and comfortable.

Good kitchen facilities and very nice to cook breakfast before flight but my single room was really dirty, stained curtains, peeling paint, marks, cobwebs, a horrible smell from the toilet and black mould in bathroom. Better to spend extra £20-30 and stay somewhere comfortable.

We spent one night here prior to our early morning flight out of Gatwick. Our room was comfy, with ensuite, TV, kettle, iron, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped, breakfast provisions were available 24 hours a day, and as it was just a 10 minute walk to several supermarkets, it was very easy to self-cater. We were able to get up very early in the morning, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, then walk (about half an hour of so) to the South Terminal in good time for check-in. (We walked the route the previous afternoon to ensure we knew where to go in the predawn dark - no problem). Great value for money, and a well thought out accommodation option. Recommended.

Property was not clean,especially floors and generally needed fixing up eg wallpaper falling off.Main advantage was the reasonable price (for the UK)

Not very far from Gatwick airport. Can take public transport. Lots of food in the fridge to cook your own breakfast.

Comfortable but basic rooms. Ok for one night. Local pub is good .

Very basic for the money. Stayed in room 7 that is located in the garden. When I arrived it was cold and smelt damp. The heating did not work. Expected more for the money I paid. Would never stay more than 1 night.

Overnight Airport stop. Clean tidy and ideally located near Gatwick Airport. Self serve breakfast in the morning. Very happy with our stay and would book again for sure
