Very Good - would stay again in similar circumstances

Easy check-in, great breakfast food, close airport ,15 min walk to train and close to amenities.

We were expecting an apartment hotel. Should have read the description more closely as it was closer to that of a hostel. During the next shoulder season we would suggest that the room be re-painted and the mold in the shower be removed. Previous guests have not always treated the room kindly. The kitchen and lounge facilities were appreciated. Other guests were friendly, with good conversation at breakfast.

This property has excellent value for money, the staff is great, and helpful. Rooms are standard Euro size, clean and comfortable.

Didn’t see a soul but didn’t use the kitchen..... really clean & comfortable only complaint is the toilet is noisy but wouldn’t stop me from staying again

Stayed here for an early morning flight from Gatwick, reviews looked ok and pictures of rooms ok too. Got into my room and it was freezing cold (the window had been left open). The radiator did not work either so I ended up having to sleep in a hoodie and joggers. There was damp up the walls on the wall behind the bed, which gave the room a horrible musty smell. The curtains were also FILTHY, there was some white stains on them (I don't even want to think about what that could be). With the bed situated by the window I had to sleep with these dirty stained curtains right next to my head. The only positives were the bed was quite comfortable and the shower was clean and a good temperature. The hotel's communication was also good as I was given instructions on how to get into my room via WhatsApp. If you don't care much about hygiene and just want somewhere cheap to lay your head before/after a flight for £45 a night then I suppose this hotel is alright.

Close to Airport and easy walk to downtown , quaint little town to wander around during over night stay . Room was small but clean and ok . stairs were a bit long with our big luggage while awaiting a Cruise vacation , but staff was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing as they provide everything imaginable for you to self cook. Eggs ,bacon, fruit, bread cereal so we cooked and cleaned up afterward. Unfortunately a big family ( gypsies ??)who took too much advantage of making full meals may ruin it for the rest of the guests .? Good place to stop and stay for air connections at Gatwick.
