We recently celebrated our wedding at your venue and wish to raise a couple of concerns regarding the coordination and service we experienced. The night before the wedding, two bees entered our room. When we contacted reception, they told us they were afraid of the bees and that we would have to wait half an hour for someone to come and help remove them. This was quite unsettling, especially on the eve of such an important occasion. On the day of the wedding, the hairdresser we hired arrived on time and asked at reception for the bride by name. He was told there was no guest by that name, so he waited on the terrace for nearly an hour without anyone informing us. When we asked staff if someone had arrived to do the bride’s hair, they incorrectly told us someone had just arrived 10 minutes earlier, when in fact he had been waiting for almost an hour. To make matters worse, when we followed up again, the same reception staff member dismissed our concern with a disrespectful gesture and told us to “calm down,” which we found entirely inappropriate on such an important and emotional day! This miscommunication and attitude caused unnecessary stress and almost resulted in the bride missing her hair appointment. In fact, there was not enough time to properly close the buttons on the bride’s dress. Aside from these two individuals at reception, the rest of the staff treated us Wonderfully and we felt like Family. We sincerely thank everyone who truly contributed to making everything perfect. We hope this feedback will help improve coordination and professionalism for future events.

Nice location

No staff. None. Zero. And not a spa.

I did like the location very much and the rooms where nice and quiet with great views.

The initial cleaning was not great and found a lot of hairs in the shower area even on the walls. Also the keys was very sensitive of being off magneticed and I was forced to get my keys enabled every day.
