"Overall the stay was good."

Hotel was further from city center than was listed in the description. It was a deterrence at first but the view from our room was so spectacular that it made up for the distance. The housekeeping lady was a gem and very accommodating.

It’s not easy to access the reception desk. The bistro is listed as being available but they were completely unhelpful.

"Exceptional"

There was no staff, but I was able to respond smoothly with a dedicated phone. It was a little far from the city, but there was a cable car and a tram, so transportation was good.

A lot of water leaked from the shower room.

"Very good with a bit inconvenient"

We don't quite like the toilet without substantial door and the open bath room design
