Great spot good location and staff lovely, also good food in the bar

Lovely facility. Wonderful breakfast and pub.

Bedroom was quite chilly even when control was set a +3. Why does the shower not have a shelf for your body wash, shampoo and conditioner? Not your facility specifically, but why are wash cloths rarely provided?

Although my wife had broken her wrist the Wednesday prior to the visit, and couldn't use the Leisure facilities, we still enjoyed our visit.

The guy on reception was awful, no personality and very abrupt in his nature. Also we wanted to book an evening meal on the Sunday, which was fine, until it was discovered we had no children and told "no way". Every other staff member was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.

The staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was lovely and lots to offer, we ate dinner there too and the food was very good. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed.

We were travelling with young kids and thought the playground could have been cleaner.

The whole breakfast experience was wonderful. A friendly welcome by Orla. Decor light and modern. Beautiful presentation of food which was of the highest quality. Although this is a large hotel we still felt the staff provided a friendly personal service.
