The spa and swimming pool was great. Reception staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast and facility for the breakfast was veey good.

Some of the young staff in the bar were very slow. And the coffee in the restaurant was undrinkable In the room itself one of the chairs had to be replaced as the back of it was very loose. The hairdryer in the bathroom on the wall was dirty and had hair residue on it. One of the plug sockets on the wall beaide the TV was very loose and installed upside down. This was report on departure it was in room 505.

Nothing poor facilitates and rude staff with no help at all when my hearing in my room never worked

Spacious room, comfortable bed and helpful, well organised staff. The quality and the wide variety of the breakfast was the best ever. Plenty of parking, central location. Beautiful cathedral 5 minute walk.

We had picked a very busy weekend, with many guests celebrating weddings, 1st Holy Communions et. However the staff organised everything so well that it didn’t impose on our stay. Great to see everyone enjoying themselves.
