Staff were lovely and it was clean.

We got hit with an extra 80 euro bill for A family room because my kids were 14 and 16. I thought that was unfair as bunk provided for Children.

Room needed upgraded. Furniture old and grubby. Sink plug didn't work and jacuzzi bath didn't work. Seal around bath was completely brown. Windows throughout needed cleaned. Carpet in bar and restaurant badly stained.. Staff at reception booking in and leaving not pleasant. Breakfast was dysfunctional, no clear directions

The spa and swimming pool was great. Reception staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast and facility for the breakfast was veey good.

Some of the young staff in the bar were very slow. And the coffee in the restaurant was undrinkable In the room itself one of the chairs had to be replaced as the back of it was very loose. The hairdryer in the bathroom on the wall was dirty and had hair residue on it. One of the plug sockets on the wall beaide the TV was very loose and installed upside down. This was report on departure it was in room 505.
