Very clean, great location, lovely breakfast. The owners are a delight, genuinely customer focussed and with some lovely touches.

We did book the.small.room which is fine, but the bathroom is also small, like really small with a sink too small to wash in. Apart from that, pretty much perfect.

"Perfekte Location für einen Kurztrip nach Brighton"

Die B&B liegt zentral zum Pier und den Lanes. Der Bahnhof ist fuẞläufig zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber hervorragend ausgestattet und super!! sauber. Kaffee- u. Teeutensilien vorhanden und wurden jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Eine große Flasche Wasser war ebenfalls vorhanden sowie eine kleine Dose mit süßen Snacks. Die Betten waren super bequem. Badezimmer (klein) mit top Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wird morgens frisch zubereitet und man hat eine gute Auswahl (auch veggie). Definitiv buchen wir das Brightonwave beim nächsten Besuch wieder! Vriendelijke gastheren met goede tips, uitstekend ontbijt, leuke pubs en goede restaurants om de hoek. 500 meter van de pier en de zee en in het centrum van Brighton

Everything..Richard and Simon are charm,personified. The location is great,attention to detail exemplary and the breakfast (prizewinning)outstanding.Some very personal touches(makeup remover flannel fresh milk,fresh fruit etc)are added value.Thoroughly recommend. Reasonable prices,rooms pristine...room 8 even has a garden.Better than a lot of 5 star hotels.

A great location, close to all the main attractions of Brighton and with parking at a very reasonable price. Very comfortable and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and Simon and Richard made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The pub on the corner was quirky and fun.
