"Can't wait to return!"

We were greeted with a warm welcome from Richard. The room is amazing, all the facilities were great and had everything we needed and more than we expected! The breakfast was lovely! Great coffee and fresh produce. The location is also fantastic. A short walk to the lanes and even shorter to the front and pier. We will go back. Richard also provided parking permits, its busy place to park, but we managed to move the car to outside the B&B

"The perfect stay in Brighton!"

Me and my partner loved staying at BrightonWave, straight away it has that nice homey feel to it, like staying at someone's house. The hosts were excellent, providing us recommendations, checking we knew the local area and making sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, lots of cute extra touches like chocolates, hot chocolate and lots of water! We also loved the breakfast with the freshly brewed coffee and the delicious pancakes! Location is excellent, close to the pier, The Lanes, amazing local coffee shops and restaurants. Easy enough to pop back to during a long day of walking to take a break. Honestly? cannot fault this B&B. This is the only place we want to stay in Brighton in the future!

The only small thing is the room 5 shower door is very stiff and quite difficult to open. But really clutching at straws to fault anything!

"A truly rare find! Freindly, clean, comfortable and close to everything that makes Brighton amazing"

Very friendly and welcoming with helpful advice on where to eat and how best to get to Brighton University for the Open Day. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean and lots of tea, coffee and refreshment facilities placed there (a super bonus for me, as I drink lots of tea!). The hotel was so close to great restaurants, the sea, the pier and the historic "Lanes". An easy walk to the station (even with bags) meant we could walk back to our train with no trouble. The breakfast room and breakfast was excellent with a delicious choice of food for every taste. Great hotel!

Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Was a great stay, the room was so nice and everything you could need was thought of. The breakfast was also great. Would highly recommend.
