Rio Serrano Hotel + Spa

Río serrano is a great hotel with stunning views to the Torres del Payne ( BE SURE to ask for a room with Mountain View or you will otherwise have a room with view to the car park, and trust me you don’t want that!) it’s worth whatever extra it costs believe me. The room also faces a grass field where horses walk right by your window. Almost magical. Two good restaurants and I preferred the casual downstairs bar/resto. Decent food. Breakfast is really great too. It represents very good value. I’d rather stay here than the 2000 dollar a night explora (apart from their view:)

Incredible property in spectacular setting and the best view ever of the Paine mountain. Room very spacious and equipped with the perfect view through the big window. We tried the 2 restaurants, food very tasty and varied menu, prices as per area which is not cheap but the service and staff top level. Tried the heated pool and sauna in the spa area which is an added value after a long day of trekking. Can walk around by the riverside. Totally recommended, one of best stays ever!

The viewed room and the full board service was excellent. Full board included almost everything on the bar and restaurant menus. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were great.

This resort has the most amazing views of the Massif with horses strolling on the grounds. The breakfast buffet was delivered and so many options. Staff were smiling and courteous. The guides for excursions were so fun and excited about this area especially Lucas, Matias and Genesis.

Well situated close to the Torres Del Paine entrance, offers great excursions options. However, the room is a bit overpriced for what it looks like, the rest of the hotel is amazing though.

Great views- pool is nice also. Food is so-so. They have a bit of a locked audience so I’m not sure their effort for food is that great. You are paying for location and views here.

Incredible location and views, excellent food, friendly staff.

I wish we could've stayed longer than 4 days - we spent so much time hiking and touring the park, that we didn't get to take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer. And the hotel was really nice - great views of the mountains, horses grazing literally right outside our window, great food and wine choices. We did all our tours thru the Massif which is an adventure company located right in the lobby.

Everyone was very nice and friendly! The property is beautiful and relaxing. Honestly no complaints whatsoever
