Rio Serrano Hotel + Spa

This hotel is special. The spectacular views and surroundings, the staff, the activities it offers, they are all incredible. I felt very at home here, which as a solo female traveller was wonderful. I stayed in both the standard and deluxe rooms during my stay. Both are great, if you can stretch the little extra the deluxe are worth it for the views alone, but they are also more modern. The food in the restaurant felt home cooked and delicious, and the bar staff make excellent cocktails. If you get a chance to try the traditional Patagonian lamb BBQ you must, it was the most delicious lamb I have ever eaten!! The staff at The Massif are very good at advising and organising activities, all of which were excellent. I lived my stay here and hope to return soon. Thank you Rio Serrano hotel and staff for a revitalising stay!

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, staff were very friendly, especially the bar staff. We enjoyed our stay. Only stay at this hotel if you own a car as you will need to drive to visit the park as they only provide transportation if you are taking one of their tours. It took about 45 minutes to drive to the areas we went to access the hikes we did. The roads into the park are gravel and a little rough so you can not drive that fast. We had our evening meals at the hotel. The food was very good and the price reasonable for the area and the quality. Apparently, there is another restaurant in the area but we did not go there. We would recommend this hotel.

We were most happy with Rio Serrano. We didn't realize how lucky we were with both a great hotel and the fact that it is so close to the park. Friends had recommended places in Puerto Natalies and we are so glad we stayed so much closer. The pool and spa are amazing. Highly recommend.

Hotel has beautiful view of the river and the mountain. The hotel offers great food and service, room are clean our stay was wonderful. We did one full day and 3 half day excursion offered by the hotel, everything was seem-less, they took care of everything. I did lot of research before booking at Rio Serrano, I must say after our stay this hotel offers best deal for the money. We loved our stay!

You can’t ask for a q more breathtaking setting, right next to a beautiful winding river with stunning views of Torres del Paine mountains. While I had a few minor issues with my room, it was still worth the stay. The service was top notch, the bar offered delicious and generous food portions, and the excursion guides were total professionals — knowledgeable, encouraging, and positive even when the weather was a little rough. The pool and spa and the complimentary asado were special treats at the time nd of long days of hiking.

We loved our 4 night stay at Rio Serrano. Such a beautiful location with a view of the snow capped mountains. Great food, great facilities, friendly service. We did a few tours through the Massif which were excellent. Highly recommend!
