Rio Serrano Hotel + Spa

Unbelievable view, friendly staff, amazing food and drink. They surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our honeymoon.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Rio Serrano. The location is right outside the south entrance of Torres Del Paine, which makes it very convenient to explore the park. We got the all inclusive package. Food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the Massif. The hotel has an excellent travel desk that arranged all our transportation and tours. We would definitely stay here again if we return to this area.

Having access to the many hiking opportunities in the Park made it worth the expense.

This might be the best place in the area. Wherever you sit in the bar or the restaurant, you cannot miss the fantastic view of those amazing mountains! Foods and drinks are great and it has sauna, gym, spa and swimming pool. Rio Serrano is just 5 min away from the backside of the hotel. The complimentary grilled lamb tasting is a bonus

The spa facilities, view, atmosphere — everything is perfect. I spent a week in TdP on the OTrek. They stay at Rio Serrano made it a perfect ending. Highly recommended it to anyone traveling there.

I had an amazing stay at Rio Serrano Spa in Torres del Paine! The experience was unforgettable, with delicious food and dinner options. The included breakfast was very complete and tasty. I highly recommend trying the picaña, lamb stew, and calafate sour—they were outstanding! Make sure to do the excursion to the Base of the Towers, and if you have a free day, exploring the park by car is a must. There are plenty of beautiful viewpoints to stop at and enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful place to stay just outside Torres del Paine. It has excellent restaurants, excellent staff, and beautiful views. It's probably worth the extra money for a superior room, the views from those rooms are far better than standard. (Mountains vs parking lot.) We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is exceptional.

a lovely hotel / experience at Rio Serrano. The perfect place to unwind after some long hours spent in Torres Del Paine park. Great service, spa was perfect and appreciated the variety of vegetarian food they offered. Highly recommend!

Our full board service was excellent. As a 5 Star hotel, my advise is to replace those months old breakfast cereal with fresh weekly if not daily. The bowl of cereal that on the service table stuck together and the taste had changed. That's below my expectations. Other food was good.
