Another nice stay, especially in the main suite.

Car park packed on a Sunday afternoon with lots of walkers vehicles

View from our room over to the Malvern Hills was spectacular. Tea & coffee in room. Plenty of car parking. Location superb for Cotswolds Way.

Very outdated rooms. Threadbare carpets. Cobweb hanging from ceiling. No wardrobe, just a hanging rail. No plug sockets by the bed. Poor shower. Felt very tired and in need of bringing out of the 1970s. Dinner food wasn’t great - typical pre prepared possibly frozen meals. And we paid £132 per night for the privilege.

The view is amazing. Breakfast was very good with good service. Dinner in the restaurant was a good standard.

The rooms are tired and the mattress was hard and the pillows not firm enough. 96yr old family member travelling with us found the number of stairs a little challenging but coped. Her room lacked an easy chair where our room had 4.

Convenient place to stay to break journey south.Friendly and efficient restaurant staff. Parking free on site. Email sent to recommend booking a table prior to stay very helpful as restaurant was fully booked. Great views from seating area. Prices competitive.

Our room faced kitchen vents which wasn't a problem but there was an intermittent noise through the night.

Our room was in the old part of the hotel. It was clean but not very cosy. However the price was reasonable and the hotel has an amazing view.

Old furniture and the heating in the room was not enabled.
