Heat dam near froze for first 6 hrs

I loved the jacuzzi and the red light in the bathroom looked so cool at night views were nice how ever I feel a little snow removal before checking in would've been nice the entry way was snow covered and icy , but I will say it was so nice and quiet no loudness and very close to subway , McDonald's, sobeys , a gas station and with the board walk only being a few minutes away

Location was good close to downtown. Cottage was very spacious.

Cottage needs updating. Buttons didn't work on remote. Heat pump was very loud. Bath tub was dirty. Poop stains on outside of toilet. Dusty.

Close to city centre. Good price.

Poor maintenance.

Was a big cottage nice n tidy

Was close to the road so could hear traffic n people all night and the parking wasn’t cleaned out almost got stuck in the snow

The family working at the location seemed very nice. The location was 2 minutes to the rink we were playing at. The recommended restaurant we ate at was yummy.

The stairs were ice, snow covered to get to the office. The parking lot was ice covered, not salted or sanded. My daughter fell on the ice and hit her head. The room was not well cleaned, and had a weird smell. There was black mould in the bathroom. The heat did not work well. We had to ask for extra towels to place around the door to help keep the cold out (see pictures, when door was locked and bolted and you could still see outside). The heat did not go into the bathroom or kitchenette, they were very cold, like outside winter cold. The remotes were filthy, I cleaned them before use. The bathroom faucets were not clean. The Keurig and microwave were so filthy, we didn't use them.
