Excellent breakfast, complimentary homemade shortbread, + biscuits. Stunning gardens. Very well run.

We were in the top room. The low beams were a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast was exceptional,special extra touches such as freshly baked cakes left each day,very peaceful with an old world charm,run very efficiently,beautiful gardens,nothing to much trouble.

A nice cappuchino would go down a treat in the beautiful garden

Great breakfast cooked to order. Little extras such as complimentary bottles of water, cookies and cake. Free parking. Beautiful gardens. Great location for the town and waterfront. Weather was good and on the one occasion we got wet, Nick dried our waterproofs for us in the boiler room.

Service and location

A first class stay for ourselves and our friends. The host, Nick, was very helpful. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. Three mins stroll down the (steep) hill to town.

No complaints.
