Les Bains de Mer

Etablissement très bien situé dans Bénodet. - Chambres propres - literie ok - Tranquillité ok - Salle de bain petite, - Stationnement très compliqué devant l'établissement, accès au parking de l'hôtel très difficile voir impossible

Pas d accueil il faut aller à un autre hôtel, pas de wifi alors que lors de la réservation il devait y avoir de la wifi, poignée de porte cassée ... L accueil à l autre hôtel est limité inexistant Très déçu , je conseille les gîtes ou les chambres d hôtes qui sont dix fois mieux.

Hôtel vieillissant avec réception déportée dans un hôtel voisin ainsi que petit déjeuner Absence de store occultant dans notre chambre donc réveillés par le lever du soleil

Room small, bathroom from the sixtys, mould in the shower, no one on reception, had to go to another hotel to get key, could not close curtains at night, i know it is a 2 star but it needs updating. Positive note, near the sea front, bed was ok. Benodet is a lovely seaside place.

Excellent location. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel pour le prix avec beaucoup de choix. Lit confortable. Silencieux.

Pas mal en général. Les abords mériteraient d'être mieux entretenus

Chambre donnant sur la rue sans volet , store ou rideau occultant . Difficile de dormir avec la lumière du réverbère . Nous l'avons signalé après notre première nuit , mais rien n'a été fait !!

This is a really nice friendly and small hotel, situated beautifully near the picturesque port and also within a short walk of the beach. The room was spotless and had a very comfortable double bed. Shower was small but strong- ideal after being on the motorbike all day! Staff at reception couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The pool wasn't yet open but looks good.

Hotel check in was difficult as the hotel door was coded with check in instructons on the door written in French only. We had to check in at a sister hotel nearby. When we found the hotel we were allocated a room on the 3 rd floor, we returned to the hotel and were told by a member of staff that the lift was broken, so we had to take our luggage up the 3 floors with no offer to help and staff watching us. Not a good start. Room was very small and the bathroom light didnt work. So went back to other hotel and asked to move which they did to the first floor. Took cases back down to a similar size room. that evening i tried to close the Blind but this fell off the wall. Oh well. Report this next morning, which they fixed so all ok. We were aware that this is a 2star so didnt expect too much. However bed was comfy and clean as were the pillows and the shower was good. Hotel was also only a couple of hundred metres from the Port. So decent location. Would i stay again. you guess.

Called in for a midweek lunch and was offered a table by the very friendly owner. We code the set 3 course menu for €13.90, starter salads were excellent. Mains we has steak and frites which were good too. Desert was a floating island of deliciousness. Our kids had the set 2 course lunch which they loved. Service was excellent and we will definitely return.
