Getting the room temperature was a challenge. Even the staff had challenges. Our hair dryer was not found in the room.

"First time ever staying there and you only get one first impression and it was disappointing."

Location

No housekeeping came in and son could even use the room we paid for to take a nap. We had to stay out of the room while they soaked carpet.

We gathered for a funeral at ND The staff were all very nice and we were able to all gather in the breakfast area to visit late into the night. It’s within walking distance of campus, good and shopping.

"Horrible"

Walked in to our room to find the towels had hair on them. Found garbage under the bed. Got all that taken care of - went to go to sleep and the fan/ac unit is unbearably loud. Front desk guy tells me he can’t turn it off because someone “changed the password and didn’t write it down for him.” This has been a miserable experience.
