Peaks Hotel and Suites

Great location right next to the all the main street restaurants and pubs. Hotel was very clean, beds were super comfy and rooms were nice and quiet with dark block-out curtains. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby (also coffee pods in your room) Nice soaps and handwash liquids. Garage had an area to wash your car which is also an added bonus during winter where a quick hose off is needed sometimes. Would stay here again!

The shower was a bit space-aged with all sorts of taps and squirters, almost need a license to operate it. It scared my 11yo son, he didn't know what to do with it. It was fine once you figured out which taps to use.

The Peaks was very centrally located to downtown Banff. The staff were helpful and friendly, We were upgraded (extra discounted cost) to a bigger room with loft bedroom. This was perfect for out 13 day stay

Using the pool and fitness centre at the Banff Lodge across the road wasn't very convenient especially when it was really cold. Would be better if Peaks had own facilities
