Beach water is getting dirty because it’s the end of the bay. Beds not comfortable.

thr Garden ... the gardener... the cleaning lady (Victoria) The check in desk ladie and the check in manager. Breakfast was great and i love the dinning room and the architecture the stakk thier were world class polite and freindly<<<((()))>>>

they used to have water on every floor the beds were short and sud standard for the value of the room

It used to have water in the stairwells...it was overpriced by about 15 %

This place was clean and location convenient. Wifi not great, pool was lovely and very well cared for area. Breakfast included was nice and pretty good. Looking into maybe going back next year, but getting a kitchen

The hotel grounds and the pool area are indeed very nice, but my room was terrible. No blow dryer, no shampoo or shower gel, only a bar of soap. Walls cracked, very basic furniture - more of a cell than a room. Hot water took 10 minutes (!) to arrive every day - what a waste of water! But the worst was the bed - it was the most uncomfortable, hard, bed I have ever had the misfortune to sleep on. My. right shoulder completely seized up after just 1 night, so I had to actually had to cut my trip short and come home early as I did not want to be in pain for the whole week. NOT recommended!!

Lack of amenities: no phone, no fridge, no microwave. Occasional sewer smell in the room. Very little shelf space.

Great location between La Ropa and Centro. Great value for the price. Very nice pool, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was included and excellent. My only issue was the spotty wi fi in the room.

Had a bad experience in the restaurant with the waiter. Did not make us feel welcome at all and we heard him talking to the bartender saying we were Americans. Didnt let us sit where we wanted and it WAS NOT busy at all. Also didnt have tonic water for our drinks which was on the menu. Other than that experirnce, it was excellent.

Very nice location, clean hotel and rooms. Also very lovely staff!!

The Room is a little tired. But pool area and location is awesome!
