"Never going back"

The staff was extremely rude. They act like you’re bothering them. I had multiple staff members roll their eyes at me. I promise, I am not a rude person, and I tipped very well. The service was very slow. I’m talking up to two hours for room service. 45 minutes for beach drinks. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Great place to stay! This was my fourth time visiting and they never disappoint. I enjoy it every time but it'll be a while before we go back. Have to see the rest of the world.

Beautiful resort, nice vibe around the place. Feels nice and secluded from the rest of the island. Everything you need is there like shops and a variety of restaurants. Rooms are lovely as well as the whole resort.

"50th Birthday Fun"

The rooms were nice however the housekeeping service needs to improve. We had to call the front desk every night to get clean towels, not to mention we needed the soiled towels removed. I also tried utilizing the App for the resort however no luck with service either.

"The real meaving of Irie!"

Exellent week at Secrets Wild Orchid. Enjoyed the great drinks served at all the bars. The food, coffee and service at al the different restaurants was amazing. To top off the week were the very polite and helpful staff, always greeting us with a smile. On arrival the front desk staff said "welcome home" and once we were settled in our rooms, we did feel very much at home!!
