Hôtel Golf Château de Chailly

Bel environnement, château magnifique, golf très bien entretenu, chambres confortables. Bon petit dejeuner. Personnel très agréable.

La piscine n’était pas ouverte contrairement à ce qui etait indiqué dans la confirmation reçue sur Booking (ouverture à partir du 14 mai et non 1er mai). L’hôtel nous a toutefois offert un accès gratuit au SPA en dédommagement. Le hammam du SPA était hors service Nous avions été prévenu que le restaurant serait fermé mais en conséquence le bar était surchargé

Ubique experience to stay in the 16th century castle

Some of the facilities didn’t work and we were not informed in advance. In particular , the restaurant and partially spa. They were important points when we chose this hotel and they were not in place. Also, staff was not knowledgeable about the place. I would suggest the owner to provide better brief to know the history of the place and details. For instance, the chapel is so unique and unusual but nobody could tell me who is an artist. I discovered it already after we left the hotel and realized that that I saw her works in other places.
