Le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Service un peu aléatoire au restaurant : oubli des menus, disposition des couverts pas vraiment maîtrisée..,

Sicuramente la location

The château is stunning and the public areas are clean and well kept. The restaurant is very good!

Our room was old, the carpet had multiple stains. The room assigned to us needs a big refreshment to justify the price point. The bed pillows are of better quality (and size) at a Premier Inn…The outdoor table and chairs were dirty and we couldn’t use them.

The Chateau is a wonderful location. We are travelling with our two dogs. They were very welcomed and also greeted with treats. This was so nice and highly appreciated. We were also allowed to bring them to the bar and to the breakfast room. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms were spotless.

1. Wir waren in einem modernen Annex untergebracht in einem Zimmer von mäßiger Größe. 2. Das Restaurant war geschlossen, obwohl es ab 1. Mai geöffnet sein sollte. Wir mussten über Land zu einem anderen Ort mit einem (allerdings sehr guten) Restaurant fahren. 3. Das Frühstück passte nicht zu einem Schlosshotel.

great breakfast choice, although we were there when apparently the hotel was fully booked, so it gets quite crowded, the room is not sooo big. But great choice overall! The chateau itself is really beautiful and also the surroundings!

be aware that you have to reserve the spa, we did not know and it was busy all afternoon and we only got a slot very late. Also the gym, spa and your room might be in different parts of the chateau and you might need to cross the courtyard in training outfit (it was cold when we were there, so not ideal). Our room was nice, but overall it was too dark only with a small window, so you might want to get a higher category than just the simple double room. Overall the price-value raport is not perfect, I find it a bit overpriced for what you get. But we also did not play Golf and it is clearly laid out for Golfers. Be aware, there are no villages of cities nearby, Beaune is about 35' by car, Dijon a bit more, so be prepared to commute in case you want in larger cities.
