Arreglaron la fachada. Picando las paredes hacia ruido dentro de la habitación a las 9 am los 3 dias qué me quede. Por otra parte nunca funcionó el Internet y netflix en la habitación.

Decent facility with poor service

Despite low occupancy, we were placed on 2nd floor front: inside room was a preprinted letter alerting us to close curtains for privacy due to facade work. But the Noise! Of chipping & drilling made sleep impossible. Why not use a back, higher room?

A comfortable, modern hotel near many restaurants and cafes along Iquito's Embarcadero. I'd like to recognize the young women behind the reception desk who spoke excellent English and were very helpful and patient, and the barman and the household staff who were quickly responsive to guests' requests. I would have given the hotel 5 stars except for the breakfast buffet. It's a standard buffet that is suppose to open at 7:00. The two times I ate there the breakfast entrees were not brought to the serving table until 7:15 one morning and 7:20 the next morning. Also three items from the serving table tasted of bleach including a miniature french toast, a little cake and tapioca pudding served with the fruit dishes. Since the dining room staff did not speak English I could not complain to them. I'm assuming the kitchen is using bleach to sanitize water used for cooking and washing. Chemical strips that can be used to determine if the appropriate amount of bleach is being used are cheap and readily available.

Food options are good. It was nice to stay here.. good and friendly staffs.
