"Wonderful memories"

From the moment we arrived, the staff Ximema at doubletree by Hilton hotel made us feel like VIPs. The check-in was seamless, she went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. being patient ,kind and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was a highlight. Breakfast in the morning was fine We’ll definitely be back.

Piscine en maintenance ! (Étant donné la chaleur, une piscine pour se rafraîchir aurait été agréable) Pas d’eau chaude le jeudi matin dans la douche (cela fonctionnait bien la veille). Pour un hôtel de cela prix, c’est frustrant ! Prix exorbitant du petit déjeuner (80 soles/personne)

"Below average hotel, awful food, worst Hilton"

Worst Hilton we have ever stayed at. Rooms are dated, bathroom was old and dark. Breakfast and dinner was awful, we couldn’t eat any of the food at this hotel. Avoid if you can. We couldn’t wait to leave.

The only place to stay in Iquitos! The front desk staff are amazing! Ximena and Luisa and team are great and speak amazing English and are really good at their work!

"Tourist friendly"

I stayed here for 3 nights. The front desk staff was incredible, especially Ximena and Luisa. They spoke English perfectly and were very helpful. They helped me with recommendations to places to visit and eat. Ask Ximena where to get good ice cream, it's the best. The rest of the staff was also helpful during our stay. I definitely recommend it.
