I paid extra money to get a room with a bathtub. The room did indeed have a bathtub, but the water barely went into it and it never achieved getting hot. I started the night before requesting for it to be fixed and again at 5 o’clock in the morning and they were never able to repair it. It was only after I insisted that they find me a room with a bathtub that I was finally able to Take a bath in another part of the hotel. We’re over, the breakfast was mediocre quality at best. The pool however, was enjoyable and accessible. This was especially important during the hotter times of the day.

"Loud music until late!!!!"

I came for work with a team of researchers. The hotel organizes a festival which runs until midnight with very loud rock music all fridays… I have nothing against music, but a rock festival is incompatible with people trying to sleep! 💤 this was extremely annoying and very unfortunate. Not what you expect from a trusted brand. I am very disappointed.

"Lovely hotel with lovely people"

Great hotel right in the centre of Iquitos, with nice, spacious rooms. The restaurant has delicious food, both local from the region, Peruvian in general and international dishes as well. The best thing about the hotel for us was the staff, everyone is welcoming and personal, from reception to restaurant. We celebrate a birthday and an anniversary, and they made it special for us with an excellent dessert. Overall a great stay, we would definitely retirn

The hotel is lovely and well-appointed Ted. Like most hiltons I have stayed at this year, this is construction going on. The pool area is nice.
