The staff were friendly and the room service and restaurant food was excellent. Requests for extra water and housekeeping supplies came very quickly.

There are not enough tv channels in English. Please fix this. 2 channels is not enough for people who dont speak Spanish and a chromecast option would be good. I had to use my small tablet instead of the tv.

"Nice hotel. Just dont let the con men outside rob you blind at local scam stores."

Hotel was nice and staff were excellent.

One major issue for travelers is the hotel allows conmen, hustlers and scammers to utilise their lobby. Enticing guests on tours and to shops that charge 5 x the cost of goods. These con men then double back to each store they visit to collect their share of the steal. If these scammers simply caught guests on the way out thr door i would not hold any blame on the hotel. However these men are allowed into the lobby lounge giving an air of ligitimacy. The hotel surely knows what is happening and allows it to occur from their own lobby.
