Targa Aqua Parc

The grounds around the park were kept beautiful. The staff were helpful and polite.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and left me sore every day. No kettle in the room. Had to hire one from the hotel which cost 20 euros. The most shocking of all was the food. It was always cold and lacked variety. The snack bar that opened at 4 had a very limited amount of food. Lastly the lack of entertainment. When it was raining there was nothing to do but just sit in a cold bar or stay in your room. The entertainment staff could of put on some games to keep adults and kids happy. Please include all visitors not just those who speak French.

Nothing to do for kids,entertainment started at 9.30pm and only after multiple people complained,no kids disco or entertainment atall, no heated pools even tho one was advertised online and even tho there a indoor spa pool no one under 16 can access it and they charge for use too anyway,food always cold hence the microwave put out ,snack bar at four was odd ,cakes and sandwiches and pancakes put out on a table in bar with plastic plates and once gone it was gone never replenished,beds were like sleeping on rocks ,really painful and uncomfortable ,,,,,,pros tho were tht staff were lovely and friendly , grounds were pretty and well looked after …

I liked the stay everything good the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept clean everyday.

I did not like the variety of food and the french entertainment

Le all inclusive… repas vraiment très moyen, ne parlons pas du snack qui est aussi mauvais que les sandwich dans les avions, le personnel à l’accueil qui se fiche de tout , pour exemple une fenêtre dans notre chambre, ne fermez pas et il faisait à peu près 12° dehors pour vous dire qu’il faisait très froid dans la chambre après en avoir prévenu le personnel ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient regarder ça et rien n’a été fait

Staff was friendly helpful and welcoming, good shuttle services to the Center of Marrakesh, only down side to us was room was a bit dated, food wasn’t the best, no supermarkets near by but a store on complex but little stock for snacks, the snack bar was basically cakes and pancakes,

Had another lovely stay. The hotel is immaculate. Staff friendly. Loved the food. Was always presented beautifully. We used the free shuttle into the city centre every morning and spent the afternoon using hotel facilities.

The most amazing trip!!(Nov 27-30th) The hotel had everything we needed, the food was amazing and always had an option for everyone. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And even snacks in the late afternoon. Our room was clean and tidy, and had a safe. The staff were perfect, helped us out from start to finish, and nothing was too much for them. Me and my partner got engaged during our stay at the hotel, and the staff and manager were so helpful to my boyfriend(now fiancé!!) in getting him sorted with everything he needed. There was a coach that took us to the Marrakech markets courtesy of the hotel, and was very easy to get taxis. There was an ATM in the lobby of the hotel too. We didn't use the pool or spa facilities, but could see many people having fun in these areas. We are already planning our next trip back to this hotel. 5⭐ experience

Just returned from a week stay in this hotel, staff are fantastic, always smiling and happy to help you with anything. Food was lovely something for everyone, they should think about letting people hire a kettle if they’re not going to put one in the room, that’s the only downside but everything else was fantastic a lovely but of winter sun.
