Khaolak Bhandari Resort & Spa

The moment we arrived we was made very welcome, given a cold towel and cold water. Check in was very fast and simple. We was taken to our room (1124) and everything was explained to us about the resort etc... not long after our suitcases were delivered by New, he does a great job... The room was clean, large and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the aircon was a godsend. Umbrellas are provided for those rain showers. Our only tiny niggle was that there could have been more drawers for clothes. The resort is well laid out, the poolside bar was good, offering good food and drinks. The food and drinks are charged to your room, as well as room service. The breakfast had plenty of choice, the egg station offered a great variety. The front desk staff of Bee, Bam, Fee and Eva always greeted you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect, a 5 to 10 min walk to the main street for restaurants etc. We are sad to be leaving but we will definetley return. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

This hotel is fabulous treated so well from the minute we arrived until we left. Rooms are big and spacious we had 2 deluxe rooms interconnected. Pool area was beautiful like been in a tropical garden. Food and drinks where fab and buffet on a Friday night was great my favourite meal of the holiday. All the staff especially Bee, Bam, Aom, and Dear where excellent. We are already planning returning in the near future Khoa Lak is a beautiful area with friendly people and great food.

Amazing hotel perfect location staff can't do enough for you ,Honey on the service side of the hotel made my holiday by being so helpful and welcoming every time I saw her food drink and housekeeping where all 5 out of 5 and a big shout to the front desk staff Bee,Bam,Miew and Dear who no matter what time where always smiling and ready to help

This hotel is just a couple of Mtrs away from the beautiful beach . The hotel is traditional Thai style with mostly teak furniture in all rooms . Our room over looked a lovely quiet lily pond and gardens . It had a full bath & shower in the bathroom . It was clean & the staff are wonderful . You have to walk to the main area to get your breakfast But you could get room service too . Every day the chef would cook you fresh eggs anystyle you prefer there is plenty of choices to cater for all tastes . I would recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting a restful holiday .

Our stay in the hotel has been great. The gardens surrounding the resort are beautiful making the area feel peaceful and serene. The food has always been great every single time, with everything being fresh and well seasoned. The room was clean and well equiped and the swimming pool in May was never crowded. All the people in the hotel were friendly and sincere. Thanks to Bee, Mew, Aom, New, Dear and everone here for making our stay great. PS, also thanks to Mr Wang the main chef that never fails to put the smile on your face.

Bring mosquito spray Hotel is absolutely beautiful, swim up pool room was wonderful. Staff are all super friendly and respectful. You want and need for nothing. Location is fantastic, sunsets on the beach are amazing. Rooms have a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, pool towels and regular towels. So many places to eat nearby. Lots of shopping nearby also and the market is a taxi trip away, just 200 bhat. Breakfast is a great selection of hot and cold food. Mr egg man as I called him was so lovely and always smiling 🙂 Already planning to come back again next year! Reception team Bee, Mew, Bam and Dear are wonderful and always have a lovely smile for everyone

Ein tolles Hotel mit unglaublich nettem und zuvorkommendem Service! Die Bungalows sind groß, sauber und bieten durch den Abstand zueinander auch abends angenehme Ruhe. Das Frühstück ist riesig und sehr abwechslungsreich – für jeden etwas dabei. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gepflegt, und die direkte Lage am Strand von Khao Lak ist traumhaft. Einziger Nachteil: Durch die Strandlage ist man etwas abseits, Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man nur per Taxi oder selbst organisiert.

Eher ein familiäres Hotel. Alles sehr angenehm, toller Garten. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht so gut wie beschrieben. Gym ist extrem klein, die Gewichte sind teilweise verrostet. Das Wasser im Adults only Bereich ist sehr sauer.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in Feb. The hotel is a bit worn, the wooden steps might be a bit wobbly, and the rooms a bit dated, but it adds to the charm! Staff were so hopeful and pleasant. We had an issue with ants a few times in the room. Staff would come within minutes to rectify it and even offered a room change, which we declined. Our bungalow location was so good, we didn’t want to move. Breakfast was good, the gentleman at the omlette area was so cheery, it was nice to hear his voice in the morning. Bungalow was lovely. Massive but dated, had 3 or upside areas, one with a bath, one where the sun shone and a shaded one. Pool area was nice too. Sunbeds are somewhat limited. Drinks and water were expensive. We ordered room service one night after a trip away, it was so good. And delivered promptly. At the top of the road is supermarket and so many places to eat. I would absolutely stay again

A fabulous hotel, very near to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The pool was great and enough sunbeds for all. The people here are so lovely, smiley and helpful. Special mention to Suzy and Pui in the restaurant who looks after us well and made me a lot of tea every morning. Breakfast is plentiful with something for everyone. The lotus pool bar serves great drinks and lunches. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I could easily have stayed longer and would love to return one day.
