liked how close it was to everything.disliked the fact the mattress protector was all torn apart and i was there for 9 nights and wasnt cleaned till the 5th or 6th day

Apartment is very average condition, small shower with Hot/Cold taps separated, carpet is so dirty and wet. It is very noisy at night with all kinds of tourist people acting lunatic, there is no rule to keep those people calm at all. I will not go back to this apartment ever again

Good location, suitable for four people either 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids NOT five. The lounge room area has no block out blinds so sun comes through and neighbors can see in. Blinds had a lot of visible mould. Fold out lounge is only suitable for small children. Was provided no linen for 5th person had to chase management for this. No blinds on the sliding door, told it was double coated tint so no one could see in and would block light. Have photos showing this not to be correct. Thin white sheet was drilled in as temporary last minute fix. All other units had blinds. Was told management would fix this but had to chase them at 9pm at night when we had three kids wanting to go to bed. It would be a great unit of blinds fixed in lounge dinning kitchen area. Mould should be removed from all blinds.

Nice central location to surfers , nice and cheap

A baby and a toddler and a heap of steps in the property made it difficult going out and returning. Bedroom light would randomly turn on during middle of night waking us and our baby. Apartment had what we needed and close to public transport and shops. Street can be noisy with backpackers across Rd but wasn't too bad during our stay. And other guests in apartments were very quiet

The room is good and clean, but not enough of towels and toiletries. Location is good, very noisy til late night.

Great location with a park up the road, Cavill Avenue only 10 minutes walk away and the beach close by also. Nice swimming pool and jetty to fish off the canal. Unit 5, ground floor two bedroom unit, nice layout, great side enclosed brick paved area for drying washing/ towels or let children play in for extra space, has fans and air conditioning in the lounge room. Sadly the furniture is very old, with drawers in poor condition. Cleaniness was very poor, cups and glasses were dirty and dusty, some old rubbish in the back of a cupboard and bathroom drawer. Poor attention in tidying the place between visitors. The blankets in one room weren't neatly folded so I wonder if it was washed? The ceiling fan light would randomly turn on at night and not sure if there was faulty electrics or perhaps the remote from upstairs apartment was affecting the downstairs unit. I wouldn't recommend or return to this place.
