Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The total price of reservation is charged at the time of booking. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. 24-hour check-in is available via the after-hours check in phone. Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Please note that parking is limited to 1 car space per apartment. The covered parking area has a maximum height of 210cm. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Guests must sign the property's 'Conditions of booking & occupancy' policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Cots/cribs are subject for availability and need to be requested with the property. Please note we are a three storey walk up building -No lifts. Please note that the Dryer on Bedroom Riverview Apartment on ground floor only is not available until further notice. However, there is wall-mounted clothing hanger in the outdoor backyard for guests to use
