Great time with my family, hotel was great

We didn't get to stay because of an electrical problem in our room. Instead we had to stay in an apartment next door. A bit disappointed with the amenities available

Newly refurbished apartment, aircon, washer and dryer, very convenient with pier to fish off for kids.

Whole unit needed a good clean. Lack of kitchen utensils. Pool definatley not heated yet it claims twice on hotels.com that it is. Budget accommodation suited more for adults than families. Wifi service provided not by the establiment ; but advertised by them not so great.

Very good value for money, it's not fancy but was very comfortable, beds were very comfy, location was great only a 10min walk into the hub of Surfers Paradise and transport.

The apartment itself was spacious enough for five adults. It was looking a little tired but it suited our needs. It is in a fantastic location with only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating helping to make our stay more comfortable.

Very nice for a night out, short walk to surfers paradise, would go again.

Experience was not good..It was nothing to what we saw on website..The property was not secure..people could walk in off the street into apartment area..The noise from the time we checked in to 3am in the morning was unacceptable..would not refer anyone i know to stay at Surfers Riverside Appartments

Comfortable apartment, fittings look tired but was very clean. Great location to Cavill Avenue. Good secure parking. Everyone was very friendly.

the shower had previous tenants hair on the floor, the hot water was more miss than hit, I ordered a queen bed and got a double which was hard as cement. There were no lights in the bedroom both bedside lamps had blown bulbs. The rude people in the next room allowed their kids to scream and yell the whole time. Horrible place, will never go back or recommend to anyone.
