Very high customer experience. Staff extremely well oriented and opened for guest needs. As one of them, I enjoyed the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff. They bent over backwards to make you satisfied. Wonderful stay!

The stay was perfect, staff is very nice, food is good - everyone can find something for themselves. Cherry on top was a birthday gift I was given on the day of my birthday. Highly recommend!

went with 3 year old nearly 4 still had a relaxing holiday.If she could go to the Kids Club every day she would have done.Ritsa who runs it has been doing it for 15 years she loved her job and it showed a wonderful women.On the first night of my holiday I was not well the reception and jet 2 rep was so helpful Thank you.The hotel had everything private beaches pools for children toddlers adults it own water park.The buffet was varied with Greek night Fish Night Mexican Night.The greek restaurant on the beach which you are only allowed to visit once was outstanding.We took a bus ride to Chania.The stop right outside the hotel and cost 2 euro 50 instead of £30 by taxi.Well worth getting out Chania is beautiful with a lovely harbour and lovely restaurants by the harbour.They also do a horse and carriage ride round the harbour. Wonderful holiday

Everything was nice in hotel, but we didint like some personal in bars, some of barmens making koktails verry poorly compare to others, so we often choose to go to further bars but where is working better barmens.

Our stay was the first two weeks of October. This is a very large resort hotel with the emphasis being family orientated. It has an attached water park with one area being adult focused water slides and a smaller child friendly section. In the grounds at the front of the hotel are tennis courts and a mini crazy golf secluded in the trees. All the sunbeds of which there are many, are relatively new and are good quality; each pair has a dedicated brolly. One good point is the large bean bag chairs which are available around the pool. My wife, who has spinal issues, used them on the sunbed. The animation team arrange games and events daily. The night time entertainment programme can be found by drilling down on the TV ap. in the room. The hotel public areas are very clean and checked throughout the day. The main building comprises three wings with bars and restaurants on the lower floors. The seating in the lobby bar is very low and we relied on other guests to assist in getting up, the alternative being dining type chairs, which we did not find comfortable or suited a lounge/bar area, can I give a thank you to Vagelis who is a true gentleman behind the bar. We were allocated an easy access room, both of us having restricted mobility. This room had a generous wet room, which could accommodate wheelchairs. To be found in the room is a safe and a fridge which contained five cans, these were not replenished during our two week stay. Also in the room are USB A & C sockets for charging a phone or tablet, plus an iron and ironing board and bathrobes and slippers. The external four terraces border the pool area and some have suites and some have swim up pools. On arrival it was evident I had not packed all my medication, luckily I did have my prescription on my phone. The front desk, in particular one young lady, (sorry I have forgotten your name) contacted a local pharmacy who had the medication in stock. She called a taxi and we managed to obtain all the missing items, for the over and above service I would allocate her five stars. We did have a couple of issues which the hotel is aware of and they did make a token reparation, I do not intend to explain the issues here as it would not be fair and is not relevant to this review. The food is typically Greek with varied speciality dining experiences, the alcohol is locally produced, branded alcohol is available and is chargeable. Jasmine, the Chinese buffet and Oregano are the specialty food outlets with one visit to each during a stay. Oregano is a true al carte which we thought very good as the menu appealed to our taste. Don't forget the ice cream take away next to the pool bar. The hotel has some quirky rules which some guests including us were not made aware of i.e. for one, pool towels can only be exchanged every three days, hence we observed some guests using the white bath sheets around the pool. I can appreciate this rule does equate to the hotels green credentials, as does the many recycling bins around public areas. Given the opportunity I would make some safety recommendations around public areas, pertaining to the several rugs and kilims which can be a tripping hazard for the elderly. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, everything you would expect from a vacation resort. The hot sun in October at these latitudes can erase any niggles one may have and on the whole we enjoyed our stay as I would believe the majority of guests could attain to, I hope this detailed report will assist in your choice of hotel, if you have a family they will enjoy this one.

We have just come back from 11 days at the the ATLANTICA OCEAN BEACH We had a fantastic holiday, the suite was superb lots of room with a lounge area , bedroom, walk in wardrobe, and en suite with an outside area with sun loungers. Fridge was full of soft drinks and water and this was filled daily The food at the hotel was great with lots of choice for everyone. We also went to the 2 restaurants which are part off the all inclusive the jasmine and the Oregano and both was superb ( Oregano being a personal fave as was overlooking on the beach and the service was excellent) All areas of the hotel was spotless at all times The pools are great and there is a kids pool and a section with slides The staff at the hotel are all so welcoming, accommodating and make the holiday one to remember which makes you want to return. So many people to mention but a big shout out to GM Spiros Location is great it’s a short bus ride from platanias and approx 40 min bus ride to Chania harbour ( bus stop right outside the hotel) Fab place and we will be booking to come back next season 👍👍👍

Found this little gem of a hotel 10 years ago and have watch it grown with all it's revamp.the rooms have all been done to a excellent place see pictures. The food you could never go hungry they have a excellent selection for every taste. Plus you have the jasmine restaurant with Chinese food.and then you have the oregano restaurant which offers you fine dining. The drinks are very good and cocktails made by irene and christo are just the best.you have maria and hope to help with guest relations. Spiros the manager that's runs a great 5 star hotel and all he's staff are fantastic and always friendly and make you feel welcome this was our 2nd visit this year.and just love it there.back in may 2026..well done to everyone that as work so hard to turn this hotel into 5 star well deserved

this must be my 6th time here stayed previously when was creta princess,,,, hotel has changed lots since back then love with what they have done with the place,,,, we was put in a suite which was perfect for me and my sister to share so much space,,,, the staff do make this place we do know a lot from previous holidays but they all will go out there way to make you feel at home and do anything for you,,,, would i return that is a firm YES main thank you to Mr. spiros the manager thank you so much and defiantly will see you in the future

We first stayed here when it was the Louis Creta Princess, and it’s been wonderful to watch the transformation over the years. The recent room upgrades are a big improvement—modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Atlantica Ocean Beach has become our favourite holiday destination. We’ve returned many times over the past decade, and each visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The location is unbeatable—right on the sea, with a local bus stop just outside for easy trips to Platanias or Chania. This time, we requested a sea view and were treated to stunning vistas of the ocean, pool, and surrounding area thanks to Mr. Andrea's. The facilities are excellent, and the food selection is varied and delicious. Staff are consistently friendly and hardworking—special thanks to Efi and Nektarios in the restaurant, and Irene at the pool bar. who always greets guests with a smile. Our room was cleaned daily thanks to Dominica. Overall we had an enjoyable and restful break and look forward to returning next year.
