Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort

Rooms are clean and adequate. Staff work really hard. Food is sometimes luke warm. There is a microwave to warm it up. Yesterday I went to warm my food up and the microwave was disgusting. I spoke to the restaurant manager and he immediately cleaned it. So fair play to him for that. The lady on the ice cream counter is lovely. Irene at the breeze bar is lovely too. Pizza is amazing. I did go and try a gyros but I saw some raw chicken so never eat it. My son also had one a couple of days later. Also some chicken was raw, so he never ate it either. Water slides are amazing for the kids. I had a massage at the hotel. I was struggling to walk as my calfs were so tight and painful. I came out being able to walk without pain. Massage here is highly recommended. Lady at the on shop on site is lovely. The entertainment staff are good too.

We have had another amazing holiday at this hotel as a family. The staff are so friendly and the food was incredible, with so much choice and variation.

This hotel is great place to stay, as a family we have been coming for 20 years now. There have been renovations and further improvements made to the Atlantica Ocean Beach Hotel over the last few years which has made even more of a difference. There have been staff are fantastic, as are the food choices and plenty of activities are also available. Highly recommend!

We have just returned home from Atlantica Ocean Beach resort. I was initially apprehensive due to some reviews but I'm so glad I booked. We knew some people had said the rooms were small but ours was actually ok, clean, had everything we needed and we only went in it to shower and sleep anyway. The room was cleaned daily. The whole place was so clean, I saw one wasp the whole time I was there and barely any flies. The food was great, some people in other reviews said the food was always cold, in my experience the food is piping hot when you get it, the restaurant has air con so if you wander about for ages and then wander about getting drinks etc yes your food will get cold, but food is always served hot, we just say away from Aircon vents or are outside on the terrace. There was a good variety of food on offer each night, my husband and son are very fussy but always found something. The grab and go bar outside serves pizza, gyros, burgers and there's also salads and pasta in the fridge and again, I would expect flies and wasps, I saw none there, everywhere was really clean. The slides were good fun and the life guards were lovely with my son who was initially scared to go on them. There was always loads of sun beds, even after breakfast at 10am and even later there were plenty. The staff were all really friendly, Irene in the pool bar makes a lovely mango tango cocktail! The girl who serves ice cream at the pool bar is lovely too. We found the all inclusive really good, drinks not watered down and it was good that you could help yourself to soft drinks and beer so there weren't big queues at the bar. The only things to make this place better would be investing in some more evening entertainment but it didn't stop us from having a good time in any way. We had an amazing week and will definitely return.

We have had another amazing week here. The staff, animation team & management have gone above and beyond as always. The food this year has got even better, so much choice. Everywhere is kept so clean it really is a perfect place to stay and relax. Loving the new gardens around the place too.Thank you ☺️

Das Zimmer war sauber und wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und fleißig. Das Blick aufs Meer war wunderschön und die Anlage ist absolut familienfreundlich. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig.Das einzige Manko finde ich ist der Strand. Wir hatten sehr viele Algen und durch das Gestein war es nicht so gut ins Meer zu gelangen, was aber mit Wasserschuhen kein Problem war. Der aufgeschüttete Sandstrand bei an den Liegen war nicht so schön, da ich den Eindruck hatte kleine Betonsteinchen darunter gemischt sind. Also der Strand war nicht so optimal und ist für Kinder nach meiner Meinung nicht geeignet. Ansonsten war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder empfehlen.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and booked again for next year, it is fantastic the place is immaculately clean, the food is outstanding had a wide selection for every taste. The staff are extremely helpful and polite couldn’t do enough to assist us with anything we need we truly enjoy our stay each time, highly recommend
