What an exceptional visit. A wonderful spot for families and all to enjoy. The facilities are excellent for everyone and there really is something to do for all ages. We loved the waterpolo with the animation team and enjoyed using the slides. Fantastic selection of cocktails and food throughout the day as well as a vast selection in the main buffet at lunch and dinner. We particularly enjoyed the fire show and it was so great outside by the pools in the evening. A wonderful spot with so much to do as well as a great location for those that want to explore and see just what the Chania region has to offer.

Beautiful holiday with my family. Food amazing, sea was nice and entertainment was good. Karolina was the best, she helped us when we needed. We enjoyed the pool a lot and here is many things for children, lot of fun, also evening program good.

Fantastic trip. The animators were exceptional. They were kind, helpful and most of all fun! The activities made the holiday super fun and the kids loved it!

The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to Maria at the front desk who welcomed us warmly during our late check-in. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality beach resort experience in Crete!

Amazing hotel, brilliant family orientated pools and entertainment team, food was amazing, something to fit every appetite, especially with the food around the pool for lunch. Special mention to Yaanina, from the entertainment team, inviting my little one to join in the games and putting in effort above and beyond what you'd expect. Amazing hotel.

We arrived at the Atlantica in the early hours of the morning due to flight delays. Check in was brief and when getting to our room, there were technical issues with the lights. When informing the hotel management, they couldn’t have done more for us and moved us to new rooms, with a complementary upgrade which was unexpected and lovely. Music and entertainment around the pool was good and the food options were varied, with a dedicated children’s area for self service at a lower level. A great hotel for families with young children.

Lovely place to stay. Hotel was really nice, pools and slides were great fun and the food was amazing. Staff were always very helpful and polite, especially Angelo, (porter/reception), who couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were great, large soft beds with hood air-conditioning, the shower room was a little awkwardly laid out, (large sink in the way of the inward opening door), but a small niggle. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend.

Stayed for a week as a family of three with a six year old. Overall we had a nice time but this hotel isn’t the 5* standard we are used to. The swimming pool and slides were fab and a real hit with our son. The lifeguards were particularly brilliant and made our sons holiday. Bar staff during the day were lovely (in particular the lady at the pool bar) I’m not sure of her name but she was wonderful. Drinks were great, nice cocktail menu and staff regularly made up their own childrens cocktail for our son. Night time entertainment was a disappointment for us. It takes place inside where there are only very few tables. If you don’t get there before it opens, you won’t get a table and you cannot see a thing anywhere else. We often pulled up beanbags onto the grass area, this was nice but again, you couldn’t see a single part of the entertainment. Rooms really are very very small. There is one small wardrobe and set of drawers. Nowhere near enough space for luggage. We ended up putting our cases under the bed and sliding them out everyday to get our things. The balcony is also absolutely tiny. It was a squeeze for me and my husband to sit out there in the evenings. The cleanliness of the room was not great. The maids were lovely and I’m sure they are only doing what they have been told, but having to clean the shower floor and sink myself, is not what I expected for a 5* hotel that we paid 4 thousand pounds to stay in. The floors were also filthy to the point I was using baby wipes to try to clean them. The rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean. We found the food to be great. There was always a big selection with certain themed nights. The Mexican night was delicious! Overall, we enjoyed our stayed but I wouldn’t say it was worth the money we paid.
