"Cosy & comfortable"

Nice and quiet. Very cosy ,Beds where firm and comfortable. Lounge was very very comfortable to sit on. Water pressure in showers were amazing. Towels were a good size not Small. Great view especially at night.

Floors needed to be vacuumed and mopped. Bench tops and fridge needed to be cleaned.

Could hear all traffic, people talking on street, sirens and we were on 6th floor

"So unhappy dissatisfied and frustrated that we forgot to take photos"

Just close to the city

I’m sorry to say that we were not happy at all. The place was so rundown, the smoke alarm detection is not attached properly in the ceiling, the curtains were hanging down. We’re so much disappointed.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a very relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the 50-metre pool — perfect for both a proper swim and just unwinding. The property itself was quiet, which I really appreciated, especially after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always happy to help when needed. Considering the quality of the facilities and service, I found it to be excellent value for money.

The only thing was the en-suite was a bit dated and squashy also the toilet position wasn’t easily accessible.
